1. Why did you get into this business? 

Ethic was formulated on a whim that we had a ton of apples coming from our orchard  - and we didn't know what the f@ck to do with them!  Cider was the logical use for so many good apples.  

2. What is supercool about your product? 

Our ciders are made from multiple varietals of apples that sit on multiple sets of yeasts that produce super flavorful ciders that are balanced.

3. What number am I thinking?

Billy Joel and it was a Fonzie leather jacket

ABBA - Just because its fun and uplifting music

7. What is your deepest darkest secret? 

 I always wanted to be a Lobster Fisherman
