1. Why did you get into this business? 

In order to offer a local, family-owned meat products that I would feel good about feeding to my family.  And equally important is feeling good about the farmers & ranchers who grew the animals.  Most meat out there is super shady.  We wanted to do it differently.  We wanted to do it right and to offer a True Story.  

2. What is supercool about your product? 

When you support True Story - you support a sustainable food system.  And a sustainable food system is f@cking cool.  It's supercool, I promise.  It's cool I tell you!!  ;-)
